Our priority is to generate your label and start picking the order as soon as possible which means we are unable to make changes once an order has been placed.
Once an order has been placed, unfortunately we are unable to cancel or amend the order or to amend the delivery address. It is our priority to dispatch these orders as soon as possible.
You will receive email confirmation once your parcel has been dispatched. In some circumstances it may be possible to contact the courier directly to provide additional information, via the tracking link provided.
Once your order has been delivered, you are free to return any items for a refund at your own convenience via our Returns Portal (UK)
